Understanding Your Invoice
Information on understanding your monthly USAC invoice and how to contact USAC with problems.
Universal Service Fund contributors receive invoices, and are expected to pay on a monthly schedule. The invoice includes information to help contributors understand how the invoice charges were generated. Payments towards Universal Service Fund invoices must be made in a timely manner to avoid delinquency actions such as late fees. In cases where a contributing company believes that it has been invoiced in error, USAC has a customer service center that can assist in resolving the dispute.
